Everybody starts their journey at Steele Fitness Group with a 30-day Experience. You'll be exposed to bespoke coaching and a real level of care you will not find anywhere else. You will get to experience and be part of the Steele Fitness Group community.

In the 30 days, we help you get a hold of your fitness and health and fully experience what Steele Fitness Group has to offer.We aim to take you from a place of low confidence, apprehension and anxiety about being in a gym, to a place where you feel more confident in yourself, stronger and with the right foundations to reach the goals you have always wanted.

One-to-one Consultation

One-to-one consultation session with one of our trainers. We’ll show you around the gym and introduce you to the team.

Expert Training

Access to our expert not only for your training sessions, but we're also available any time for advice or help. 

Community

From a friendly chat over a coffee before your session, to supporting each other when it gets tough, the Steele Fitness Group community is unique and special. 

4 Weeks

A four week experience with access to over 50 sessions a week. You will be able to 

10 Strength Sessions

In STRENGTH we focus on form and progression. You'll learn new things each week over your 10 sessions.

Unlimited Power Sessions

POWER is a high intensity workout where we build your fitness. You'll get unlimited sessions in your 4 week experience.
