We have two sessions at Steele Fitness Group, both designed to make you work to best of your own personal abilities!
STRENGTH
STRENGTH are sessions specifically designed to get you stronger, fitter and healthier. Our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way. You will not only improve your joint health, strength and mobility but also you will see you quality of everyday life go up as well.
The sessions are kept to a maximum of 4 people in them, so you will be under the full care of a personal trainer the whole time. Over time, you will make sustainable changes for life with the added benefit of motivation and energy from a small group.
POWER
POWER is a high intensity workout where we build your fitness. Led by a personal trainer, you can expect to burn lots calories, get a sweat on and leave the gym feeling fantastic.
With a maximum 12 people, you will have a community of like minded individuals to help motivate and encourage you. Have fun, motivate and be motivated by the others in your group.
No matter your physique, gender or fitness goals, our POWER sessions are suitable for everyone. Our workouts ensure you reach your fitness goals, whilst taking it at your own pace.
